Atha Yoga Shala proudly presents ‘Yoga for Sports,’ a specially designed conditioning program to boost your performance, prevent injuries, and support recovery.

The program focuses on stretching and strengthening essential muscle groups for your sport, while also incorporating breathing techniques to enhance lung capacity and efficiency.

This 6-week program aims to provide a balanced approach, progressively building strength, flexibility, and mental resilience while addressing sport-specific needs, starting with foundational skills and advancing to more challenging practices.

Life can sometimes get in the way of attending class. That’s why our sessions are available both online and offline simultaneously, ensuring you can join from anywhere! While we prefer to see you in class, we understand the occasional need for flexibility.
