'Rtuparna'
The cycles of inner seasons

This event is now over.
On Friday 25th July, a beautiful circle of women gathered for Rtuparna — an evening devoted to honouring the seasons of the body.
From ages 35 to 75, we came together to share stories, laughter, and a few tears, opening our hearts to one another while moving through trusted yogic practices — techniques that have stood the test of time and continue to work their quiet magic.
🌙 Guided by the phases of the moon and the rhythms of the feminine body, we moved through Chandra Namaskar, grounding asanas, calming pranayama, the stillness of trataka, and deep rest in yoga nidra.
Each practice an invitation to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with balance.
What made this gathering special was not just the practices, but the shared courage and tenderness in the room — women at different stages of hormonal transitions, each bringing their own story, yet finding resonance and belonging in the collective.
As always, the evening closed in community, with a lovingly curated vegan, Ayurvedic tridoshic menu by Chef Sanjay Kotian — nourishment for body and spirit.
🦋 Rtuparna reminded us that when science meets ancient wisdom, something profoundly shifts. In coming together, we reclaimed simple, timeless tools to support the nervous system, balance hormones, and honour the inner seasons we each move through.
Thank you to everyone who made this gathering so meaningful. Your presence and openness are what bring these practices to life.
Until next time…
