This rejuvenating 2-hour immersion was held on 29th June, 2024 in Hatch End, London,

Amidst the sunrise hues, on this beautiful Saturday morning, the Sangha came together, accompanied by friends and family, practicing Asana and Pranayama, while delving into the profound art of Pratyahara - the journey inwards.

Together, we shared the love for this sacred practice of Yoga, breathing as one energy. A celebration of love, unity, and the timeless practice of Yoga.

Gratitude for this connection, the calm, and the journey within.
