 | Friday 10.30 to 11.30am

An all-level class that weaves between two nurturing approaches: steady All-Level Flow and soothing Reset and Restore sessions.

Some days, you will move through a breath-led sequence of mindful movement and adaptable postures, meeting your body with awareness and ease. On other days, you will slow down with calming, restorative practices — blending Yin and Iyengar-inspired holds, to stretch deep tissues, quiet the mind, and restore balance.
