'Abhyasa' is a Sanskrit word which means 'practice' and aims at achieving a yogic state of mind, a state of tranquility & harmony within one's self.
To see the change & achieve this state, requires discipline, consistency & dedication.. it requires a regular practice.

Kickstart your yoga journey with 'Abhyasa' to induce harmony between the body, breath & the mind.

The 'Hatha Yoga' based classes are ideal for anyone who wishes to start their yoga journey and progress towards a holistic lifestyle. The classes help build a strong foundation with emphasis on correct alignment & technique of the asanas for a safe & strong practice

What can you expect in the class?
The class structure will vary, but it will broadly include:
- Sukshma Vyayam (warm ups)
- Asana (postures) - to improve mobility, flexibility & strength, focusing on various muscle groups
- Dhyana (meditation) - for the body, mind & soul

Suitable for beginners to intermediate level practitioners.

If there's anything this global pandemic has taught us, it is to not take our health for granted. So let us take this opportunity to cultivate better habits & getting rid of any that don’t serve us.

See you on the mat!
