Pratyahara: The bridge between Sukshma-vyama (body), Pranayama (breath), and Dhyana (mind).

Through the trio of gentle movement, yogic breathwork, and meditation, we move the body, deepen the breath, and still the mind, entering a state of meditation to find inner balance and peace.

Each element serves as a gateway to greater awareness, guiding us deeper into connection with ourselves while withdrawing from the external sensory world.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this session blends elements of Yin Yoga, with long relaxing holds, deep stretches, mindful breathing, and grounding postures to help you relax, reset, and restore balance. We will also use props to deepen your stretches and support your practice.
