'Aarambh'
A Wellness Weekend Retreat
|| Yoga - Nature - Connection ||
Friday, 27th February to Monday, 1st March 2026
Nashik, India
Open to Adults / All levels
Life rarely asks us to pause.
More often, it asks us to keep going - to adapt, manage, and move forward.
Aarambh begins from a different place.
It is an invitation to step out of habit and into awareness.
To slow the body, soften the breath, and listen more closely to what is already present.
Not as an escape, but as a return - to steadiness, clarity, and connection to self.
About the Retreat
Aarambh is a thoughtfully held weekend immersive rooted in classical yogic practices and lived experience.
This is the second edition of the retreat, following our first Aarambh in 2023.
Designed for those seeking depth with intention, the retreat offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect - supported by nature, guided practice, and quiet moments in between.
What You’ll Experience
Over the course of the weekend, you will be guided through practices that encourage awareness, balance, and ease.
The retreat includes:
- Morning and evening yoga asana sessions (rejuvenating and restorative)
- Pranayama practices to refine and regulate the breath
- Meditation and reflective practices to cultivate inner quiet
- Yogic cleansing techniques (kriyas)
- Nature walks and time spent around lakes and open landscapes
- A guided hand-building pottery experience
Each element is intentionally spaced, allowing time between sessions to rest, integrate, and simply be.
The Setting
The retreat is held at a private retreat sanctuary in Nashik, Maharashtra (India) - a peaceful, nature-immersed space surrounded by open land, water bodies, and quiet trails.
Time unfolds slowly here, inviting ease, rest, and grounded presence.
Food & Living
Meals are fresh, nourishing, and satvik, prepared to support clarity, digestion, and energy.
Living spaces are simple and comfortable, encouraging rest and spaciousness rather than excess.
What You Take Back
This weekend is not about doing more, but about listening better.
Participants often leave with
- A steadier relationship to practice
- Tools to regulate breath and nervous system
- Greater clarity, calm, and presence
- Qualities that carry beyond the retreat and into daily life.
See you on the mat!
