Atha Yoga Shala is rooted in the tradition of Classical Ashtanga Yoga, following the eight-limbed path (Ashtanga Marg) as outlined in the ancient Yoga Sutras of Sage Patanjali.

With a special focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, our approach is holistic — integrating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through conscious practice and timeless wisdom.
