Guidelines for the workshops:
- Kindly reach 10 minutes before the start time of the workshops.
- Please carry your own Yoga mat
- For the practice, wear comfortable clothing (Changing rooms are available at both the venues)
- Kindly pre-confirm your dinner minimum one week in advance.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements.
