This 6-week program aims to provide a balanced approach, progressively building strength, flexibility, and mental resilience while addressing sport-specific needs, starting with foundational skills and advancing to more challenging practices.
Week-wise Plan:
Week 1:
Foundation and Flexibility
Goals:
Establish a solid foundation, improve overall flexibility, and introduce basic yoga principles.
Week 2:
Strength and Stability
Goals:
Build strength in key muscle groups and enhance core stability.
Week 3:
Balance and Full Body Integration
Goals:
Improve balance, coordination, and integrate strength and flexibility.
Week 4:
Sport-Specific Conditioning
Goals:
Address specific needs of various sports and increase intensity.
Week 5:
Advanced Strength and Flexibility
Goals:
Enhance overall strength and flexibility with advanced poses, progressively increasing intensity.
Week 6:
Recovery and Mental Focus
Goals:
Emphasise recovery, enhance mental focus, and integrate all learned techniques.

- Receive hands-on alignment and technique corrections to ensure a safe and strong practice.
- Experience posture variations tailored to suit each student's capacity and concerns.
- Receive a posture routine for self-practice, for ongoing progress outside of sessions.
