Traditionally autumn equinox is a time of the year, to honour & harvest what you have created for yourself so far. To reflect on all the seeds of intentions that you have planted at the start of the year, and how they have been emerging and blooming. Perhaps noticing what is no longer serving you and what you need to let go of in order to move forward.

This season of change, when nature is bursting with beauty & when 'Fall' is teaching us that letting go can be so beautiful..

So lets come together.. pause, unwind & let go from the outside world to take stock of the world inside of us.


This annually held 3 hour workshop will flow as follows:

Learn Jal Neti Kriya (Nasal cleansing technique)
Jal Neti is an ancient yogic cleansing technique of the nasal passage that purifies the air sinuses, invigorates the brain, tones up the optic nerves, improves immunity, rids dust, pollens, allergens & reduces sinusitis, soothes dry nasal passages and enhance the practice of pranayama.

Hatha Yoga
Yoga asanas (postures) to  warm up, stretch & prepare the body. Understand the basic but necessary movements that you should be incorporating in your day to day to maintain agility, strength & mobility.

Pranayama (Yogic breathing techniques)
A purifying process known to reduce stress & anxiety, stabilise blood pressure, increase energy levels, improve immunity, train the lungs & improve the capacity of respiratory system, regularise the autonomic nervous system that governs essential functions of the body like the heart rate, respiration, blood pressure etc., rid the toxins, harmonise Prana (vital energy flow) throughout the body.

Plant-based / Ayurveda Inspired Breakfast
Conclude the workshop hanging out with like-minded fellow yogis while enjoying a meticulously curated, nutritious breakfast!
