* Please fill up the Questionnaire & T&Cs (link below) 

Guideline for the workshop:
- Carry your own mat, any props you may need, a napkin & water bottle.
- Bring your Neti Pot, if you have one.
- Please reach a few minutes early. The workshop will start on time.
- Please be empty stomach for the workshop. You may sip on water.
& most importantly, please come as students not as customers 💕
