'Abhyasa' is a Sanskrit word which means 'practice' and  aims at achieving a yogic state of mind, a state of tranquility & harmony within one's self.

To see the change & achieve this state, requires discipline, consistency & dedication.. it requires a regular practice.

This online program is designed to steadily build each student's flexibility, mobility, strength & mindfulness. 

A perfect blend of Hatha & Power Yoga forms a feasible 'twice-a-week' routine for any level of practitioner.

What can you expect in the class?
The class structure will vary, but it will broadly include:
* Sukshma Vyayam (warm ups)
* Asana (postures) - to improve mobility, flexibility & strength, focusing on various muscle groups
* Dhyana (meditation) - for the body, mind & soul
