You'll learn correct alignment, safe techniques, and essential principles to build a strong foundation — helping you gain the confidence to progress into a more advanced practice over time.
Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, enhance mobility or reduce stress, this class will guide you every step of the way.

✨Hatha Sadhana
Wednesday: 7.30 to 8.30pm (*new batch)
A traditional, grounding Hatha Yoga practice focused on building strength, flexibility, and focus, while deepening breath and body awareness.
Move mindfully through classical postures, holding them longer to challenge both body and mind. Experience simple yet powerful asanas combined with moments of stillness, creating space to explore both movement and calm.
This practice invites you to cultivate steadiness and presence, balancing physical effort with mindful relaxation.

An all-level / beginner-friendly class designed to help you feel at home on the mat.
Each week, we alternate between two nurturing approaches: mindful All-Level Flow to steadily build strength and flexibility, and calming Reset & Restore sessions that blend Yin and Iyengar-inspired holds to ease tension, lengthen deep tissues, quiet the mind, and restore balance.
Expect simple, adaptable postures, plenty of guidance, and the support of props for comfort and alignment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or rediscovering your practice, this class meets you where you are — helping you move at your own pace.

✨Breathwork & Meditation
(Pranayama & Dhyana)
Saturday: 8:45 to 9:15am
(Online & In-Person)
A peaceful yet powerful start to your weekend.
This short session anchors the mind, calms the nervous system, and deepens awareness. We’ll practice traditional Pranayama (breathwork), followed by Dhyana (meditation) – to pause, reset, and breathe deeply — with yourself, for yourself.
In the spirit of accessibility, this class is offered on a 'Pay What You Can / Donation basis' — so everyone can experience the benefits of breathwork and meditation, regardless of financial circumstances.
If you're able, the suggested donation is £5–£10. (Please consider giving generously - 100% of proceeds go to charity.)
Feel free to stay after class and join the next session (Hatha Fusion at 9:30 am) for a deeper physical practice.

This energising class weaves together the steadiness of traditional Hatha Yoga with a modern twist of playful, dynamic movement and functional strength work.

Leave feeling invigorated, grounded, and ready for the weekend.
You're welcome to arrive earlier and join the 8:45 AM Breathwork & Meditation session — a perfect way to prepare your mind and breath before moving into asana.
