Iyengar & Yin principles–based practice

An all-level / beginner-friendly class designed to help you feel at home on the mat.
Each week, we explore two nurturing approaches: an All-Level mindful flow to steadily build strength and flexibility, and a calming Restore-focused session that blends Yin and Iyengar-inspired principles to ease tension, lengthen deep tissues, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance.
Expect simple, adaptable postures, plenty of guidance, and the support of props for comfort and alignment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or rediscovering your practice, this class will help you to stretch, unwind and restore balance at your own pace.

✨Pranayama & Dhyana

A peaceful yet powerful start to your weekend.
Experience traditional Pranayama (breathwork) followed by Dhyana (meditation) — to anchor the mind, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself, for yourself.
In the spirit of keeping the practice accessible, this class is donation-based, with all proceeds supporting charity.

Feel free to stay after class and join the next session — Hatha Fusion (9:30 am) — for a deeper physical practice.

This energising class weaves together the steadiness of traditional Hatha Yoga with a modern twist of playful, dynamic movement and functional strength work.
Expect fun, challenging sequences that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility — all with the breath as your anchor.
Leave feeling invigorated, grounded, and ready for the weekend.
You're welcome to arrive earlier and join the 8:45 AM Breathwork & Meditation session — a perfect way to prepare your mind and breath before moving into asana.
• Beginners welcome if ready for a challenge and comfortable with a dynamic pace.
