Understanding Fascia
Fascia is one of the body's most remarkable tissues — a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, organs, nerves and blood vessels. More than just a wrapping, it is a living, responsive tissue that influences how we move and experience tension in the body.

✨Yoga with Props
Iyengar & Yin-Inspired Practice
(Beginner-friendly | All levels)
Thursday 7:30 to 8:30pm
A mindful practice combining the precision of Iyengar-inspired alignment with the quiet, contemplative qualities of Yin Yoga.
Blocks, straps, the wall and other props are used to support mobility, flexibility, postural awareness, balance and restoration.
Drawing on Iyengar principles, you'll explore alignment, intelligent use of props and steady, mindful action. Inspired by Yin Yoga, you'll experience longer-held supported postures that encourage tension release through the body's connective tissues while cultivating stillness and breath awareness.
Ideal for anyone navigating the demands of a busy lifestyle, long hours of sitting, or simply seeking a restorative space to reset and reconnect.
• Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
