Fascia Release + Yin Yoga
(Beginner-friendly | All levels)
Wednesday 7:00 to 8:15 pm
(*New class)
A deeply nourishing practice designed to help you release tension, unwind, and restore a sense of ease - in the body and mind.
This class combines research-informed myofascial release techniques with Yin Yoga to help ease accumulated tightness, persistent aches and stiffness, while encouraging greater mobility, softness, and freedom of movement.
Longer-held Yin postures allow the body to gradually let go, while the nervous system settles into a calmer, more regulated state. The practice invites stillness, awareness, and deep rest.
Ideal for anyone navigating the demands of a busy lifestyle, long hours of sitting, regular training, or simply seeking a quiet, restorative space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
* No experience needed - suitable for all levels.

Understanding Fascia & Yin Yoga
Fascia is one of the body's most remarkable tissues. It’s a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, organ, nerve, and blood vessel in the body. More than just a wrapping, it's a living, responsive tissue that influences how we move, how we feel, and even how we experience tension and stress.
In Yin Yoga, longer-held, passive postures create gentle and sustained load on these tissues, encouraging hydration, adaptability, and release over time.
At the same time, the slow pace of the practice supports the nervous system in shifting towards a calmer, more regulated state—helping the body and mind unwind together.
